Iran Mining House aims to:
*Design and implement training courses specifically for managers to improve their skills, professional courses including technology management, innovation management, human resource management, organizational behavior, marketing management, digital economy and product development management, MBA and DBA and other management fields that are offered by Iran Mining House based on the demand of domestic companies.
*Designing special events to provide skilled, young and motivated human resources (especially engineers and managers of the next generation) by Amirkabir University of Technology for industrial complexes related to the Iranian Mining House
*Defining and jointly implementing innovative projects and developing technology while maintaining confidentiality and non-disclosure of information
*Maximizing the scientific, technological and innovation capacities of Amirkabir University of Technology for the needs of domestic and foreign companies based on the diagnosis of the Iranian Mining House
*Holding specialized meetings and participating in the formulation of the country’s key technologies in the mining and processing sector
*Designing and implementing co-op courses and providing job offers and scholarships for talented and motivated students
*Designing a needs assessment system for the country’s mining and processing sector with the full participation of both parties
*Membership in knowledge-based companies of Amirkabir University of Technology by members of the Iranian Mining House
Signed an understanding with the Faculty of Management of Amirkabir University.
