The three-month course “Entrepreneurship and Future Skills” was hosted by the Russian Foreign Trade Academy and the Faculty of Management of Amirkabir University of Technology. The aim of this course was to conduct joint teamwork to learn and generate ideas on business and sustainable development issues. The course was designed based on learning and increasing international interaction and participation through online collaboration between professors and students of the two countries. Dr. Mehdi Majidpour, Dean of the Faculty of Management, announced that 30 students from Iran and 30 from Russia participated in the event and were guided by professors from both sides. He thanked the efforts of Dr. Bagherzadeh, Director of Scientific and International Cooperation of Amirkabir University of Technology, and added that expanding international cooperation is one of the most important strategies of the Faculty of Management. On behalf of the domestic professors, Dr. Seyed Mohammad Sadeq Emamian, as the representative of the faculty, and Dr. Morteza Zamanian and Dr. Alireza Sheikh guided and guided the course.
In this course, after completing a preparatory course, students independently selected topics in Iranian and Russian teams that were relevant to the challenges of sustainable development as well as the macro issues of the Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic of Iran, and focused on them, in addition to analyzing the situation of the countries, they tried to present a comparative analysis that was appropriate to it. This process ultimately helps different student groups to develop an entrepreneurial business idea with regard to sustainable development goals.
The students participating in this event were awarded a valid certificate from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy.
